Frank Ahlrichs, born in 1961, is a specialist for controlling, process management
and innovation management. He has 13 years of professional experiences in different industries and
leading positions as well as 10 years of consulting experience. He is an abstractor at
the Controllerakademie and the BPM-Akademie. In addition, he is the auhor of manifold publications,
such as 'Controlling of business processes' and 'process
controlling'.
Marcel Eichholt, born in 1976 is a specialist for process- and project management.
His core competences comprise operative and strategic process management as well as the management
of complex projects in the ITK-industry. As a business process analyst he designed the operative
process management at a mobile communication service provider and was responsible as chief of
process management for the internal audit, the corporatewide process model and process management
system. He successfully conducted the advanced training as project manager (GPM-IPMA Level C) and
is a certified DGQ-Quality manager. He obtained his education in process management at the
BPM-Akademie.
Uwe Feddern, born in 1961,
is an expert for organizational development and change management. He is founding and managing
partner of the BPM&O GmbH and lecturer of the BPM Akademie, an advanced training institute for
Business Process Management and organizational development. From 2000 to 2005, Uwe Feddern was
managing partner in a management consultancy. Besides the leading of change projects he was
responsible as training manager for an extra-occupational education in organizational development.
From 1988 to 2005, he was working in the management of an international technology concern and lead
amongst others as Chief SW-development international teams with several hundred employees.
Stefan Knickel, born in 1971, is specialist for process management in
particular for IT-organizations. His professional focal points in the field of BPM
include BPM-Governance, process management, process management-maturity models, change management
and business development. After his first professional stations as consultant at PwC
Consulting GmbH and as senior consultant at TellSell Consulting GmbH, he was process manager and
project leader for the harmonization of distribution processes as well as the attendance for
the implementation of BPM-Governance at the DB Systel GmbH. He is deputy chairman of the BPM
Maturity Model EDEN e.V.
Thilo Knuppertz, born in 1964, is an expert for process management, risk
management and controlling. He is founding and managing partner of the BPM&O GmbH. Between 2004
and 2009 Thilo Knuppertz worked as managing partner and shareholder for the Kompetenzzentrum für
Prozessmanagement. As chief of project controlling at Sema Group and lastly as senior manager and
authorized officer at Ernst & Young (Stuttgart), an auditing association at which he was
responsible for the development of the business area risk management and strategic corporate
management, he was able to gain comprehensive project experience in several industries. Amongst
others, Mr Knuppertz is the author of the book ‘Controlling von Geschäftsprozessen (Controlling of
business processes)’, cofounder and lecturer at the BPM Akademie - Weiterbildung für
Prozessmanagement (advanced training for process management) and lecturer at the Controller
Akademie - Fachseminare Prozesscontrolling and Risikomanagement (seminars process controlling and
risk management).
Armin Neises, born in 1967, is a graduate engineer in mechanical engineering and
General Manager Malik MZSG. He gained his experiences during his long-time practical activities as
manager in the areas of process- and innovation management as well as organizational and personnel
development. He led the integrated management system (quality, environment, and certification) of a
worldwide operating industrial enterprise and was responsible for the implementation of process
management at all locations and the worldwide linked subsidiaries. He is the author of manifold
publications concerning the topics of process-, innovation-, quality- and environmental management.
Sven Schnägelberger, born in 1961, is a BPM-analyst and founding and
managing partner of the BPM&O GmbH. Between 2004 and 2009 Sven Schnägelberger worked as
managing partner and shareholder for the Kompetenzzentrum für Prozessmanagement. Due to his
activities, he possesses a profound overview of the BPM market As founder and organizer of the
BPM-Club, he actively actuates the promotion of business process management in German corporations.
He operates the leading German speaking content- and online trade fair portal for Business Process
Management ‘BPM-Expo’.
Manfred Wolf, born in 1961, is specialist for process management. He has
24 years of professional experience in the areas of telecommunication and financial services as
well as 14 years of experience as consultant at the interface between business and IT. His focal
points hitherto in the BPM-area include as-is process analysis and target process modeling as well
as BPM-methods and -techniques. In August 2009, he received the certification as process manager at
the BPM Akademie in Cologne.
