Holistic marketing
By the following activities we define it

- BPM – Akademie: This academy has an
innovative but stringent management training concept for continuing education. It adresses all
levels of responsibility from Chief Process Officer, Process manager until process
related employees. Main characterics of this integrated concept is the ongoing build up of
significant change management skills. Process work and responsibility include permanent change
caused by different process objectives. The Kompetenzzentrum für Prozessmanagement ist co-founder
and shareholder of the BPM Academie.
- BPM – Club: The BPM Club is the leading
BPM community in German speaking countries. All process related managers and specialists are
meeting regularly in more than 10 working groups. Main issue is networking around BPM and
getting intersting input from practical presentations. The Kompetenzzentrum is founder and
organiser oft he BPM Club activities.
- BPM – Expo: The BPM Expo is a
comprehensive internet platform covering process related topics. Vendors are offering information
for solutions rounded by informative articles.
- BPM - Vision: The BPM Vision is a
tradional exhibition concept to present BPM vendors in compact way publically. This improves the
market tranparency of software solutions. The Kompetenzzentrum für Prozessmanagement is
co-organiser of the BPM Vision.
