After designing and conceptual work, effective action is required. Therewith all core activities are meant, which are prerequisite to build the organisational foundation for the implementation of process or process management. Without alignment or changes of the organisational structures and its implicit power balance no substantial progress can be achieved with the implementation of process orientated methods. The 'BPM&O Architects GmbH' therefore has set up a portfolio-package of services to enable companies to conduct professional preparations between design and implementing of processes.
