Consulting services - Change management

In every project with impact on business processes the working structures and relations between managers and employees are affected.
This requires a positive willingness and ability for change. Therefore the overall success of process management project very often depends on an early and comprehensive information, as well as an integration regarding the extent of changes. 

Principles and methods of 'Change Management' support this requirements and contribute significantly to the successful implementation of 'Process management'. 
  

Our 'Change Management' services include :

  • Build change competencies:
    Manager and main employees have to be sensitized regarding the different change situations. Methods will be introduced and trained which support the design of change matters in process management projects.

  • Facilitate acceptance:
    Involved employees from a process management project will be identified. A communication process to address change matters on all level will be established. Employee suggestions will be considered as good as possible regarding the project objectives.

  • Execute change projects: 
    All relevant implications on change will be integrated into the overall project plan.
