The significance of »Process management« in
companies is increasing. This can be reflected in the job descriptions of process managers.
Very often no education has been carried out throughout the career.
Therefore the Kompetenzzentrum für Prozessmanagement
has founded the
BPM-Akademie in 2006 with several
partners.
Holistic education concepts in the area of BPM had
been missing. A commonly accepted job description is not established yet. Skills and
competencies of Process managers are still not defined uniformly.
Subsequently the framework for the holistic
education of Process managers is illustrated.
The BPM Akademie closes this gap and offers a
structured design of education for »Business Process Manager«. The multilevel edeucation
concept includes four stages from process consultant until Chief Process Officer who leads the
process orientated business at "C-Lvel". The education concept of the BPM Akademie is rooted
in the daily requirements for Process Managers to achieve a high enablement.
On demand we design individual education concepts to
meet the specific needs and integrate them in the existing HR strategy. Conduct can also be
