  • Process model: Managers and employees have information about the process model and relevant success factors for value creation within processes.
  • Management decisions: Managers concentrate on decisions processes to fulfil customer requirements and their direct integration in single processes.
  • Process manager: Process managers are surprised regarding the low amount of control work. Process employees are executed processes in team orientated self organisation as far as possible.
  • Resource pool manager: The question "What can we do today, that your process works more efficient" towards served process managers is on the daily list of action of each resource pool manager.
  • Process employees: Process employees are astonished about the missing daily control checks of managers. They are thriving to improve the process performance continuously.
  • Incentive system: "What have we achieved in with our process performance" and "What can we receive extra for this performance" are foregrond questions of incentive systems.
  • Process organisation: Every new or changed tasks within the company is integration in the process model and process orientated organisation.
