Sapid Literature around Process management
Process management has been given already a large amount of attention within the literature world. Quite often it happens, that an interested reader finds himself standing in front of a high mountain of sources and not been able to decide, where to climb first.
Therefore we took the idea of recommending some
significant books. We focused on the aspect, to get a compact overview with a feasible degree of
practical handling and relevance for companies. Special attention was given also to a sound
message of a common understanding of process management as a holistic and integrated management
method.
